We Meet

I need to see the property, inside and out in order to estimate what you can sell your home for. You can have the same things as your neighbor, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc, but that isn’t what sets you apart. Updates, curb appeal, updates, even better lighting can set you above the rest.  That’s why seeing the home is important to give a more accurate home valuation.

Get the Home Ready

This means separating yourself from your home. Personality is great for a home, but personal belongings and knick knacks might not be the best to have others see themselves living there.

Setting You Up for Success

We get to the nitty gritty of the home, set your property up to be seen by every Real Estate Agent, Buyer and Investor looking in your area.

Step 4

Show Time

Seeing your property in person is the most important part of the process.  But we set it up so they’re done when you want them. You let us know when potential Buyers can view your home so they fit in your schedule.
